Multi-State OVI Enforcement this Weekend

The Ohio State Highway Patrol, along with six other state law enforcement agencies, will be focusing on OVI enforcement beginning this Friday, December 4th at 12:01 a.m. through Sunday, December 6th at 11:59 p.m.

If you will be traveling in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, as always, be sure to designate a sober driver. For a a first time OVI offense, individuals can face up to 6 months in jail, a 3 year license suspension, and $1,075 fine. However, the collateral consequences of drunk driving can be much worse.
